The Gallery at Old Stone

Art & History

Headed by our Community Engagement Team, the Gallery at Old Stone showcases new and recent works from a wealth of Northeast Ohio artists that vary in subject matter and medium. It also acts as a venue for many of the church’s programs, including adult Bible study and special deep dives on Biblical topics. “Abundant Grace and Gratitude”

Helen Kim and Kyun Huh

This new exhibit at the Gallery at Old Stone showcases bright, nature-inspired photography as well as works capturing glimpses of gratitude in everyday life.

After working as researchers and pharmacists, Helen and Kyun picked up photography as a hobby during retirement and became professional photographers in 2016. As chemistry majors, they were trained to have keen eyes and look at objects in microscopic views in their educations and careers. Together, they travel to various places to capture the simple beauties of nature while expressing appreciation and gratitude for life. In this special exhibition, they share their work with those seeking a different take on art.

Artist Reception: Sunday, June 30th at 11:15am

Show runs from June 10th through July 31st, 2019.
