Child Care is available from 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the Old Stone Center. 

6 to 8 Year Old Class - This class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays during the school year.
 

9 to 12 Year Old Class - This class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays during the school year.
 

Junior/Senior High Class - A class for teenagers in grades 7 through 12 which meets at 10:15 am on the second and fourth Sundays of the month during the school year.
 

The Old Stone Children's Choir

The Children’s Choir is directed by James Love. James teaches our young Christians how to sing well, properly, and together. You are welcome to bring your child to the choir which rehearses on Sundays at 9:40 am in the Sanctuary during the school year. The children are an active part of the worship service and participate often.

 

Adult Education

Adult Bible Study

Old Stone offers these adult Bible study opportunities.

An Adult Bible Study Class taught by the Rev. Robert H. Bates, is held at 8:50 a.m. in the Cuyahoga Room on the second floor before Sunday worship.

A Home Bible Study Group meets Wednesday mornings at 10am to study the scriptures to be used in the upcoming Sunday's worship to help us prepare and pray for our worship together. See Rev. June W. Begany for information on joining this Bible study group.

The Beginnings, a Young Adults Group, meets weekly for Bible Study on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. in the Gallery.

Spring Semester! Sunday School for All Ages
Sunday, April 11 is the start of something new: Spring Semester at Old Stone Church, an eight-week Sunday School opportunity for all ages—children, adults and teens—beginning at 9:00 am each Sunday through May 30. Classes for children six years and older will move to the new time of 9:00 am, with exciting, faith-enriching classes for all adults running concurrently at 9:00 am. The Children’s Choir rehearsals will be held at 9:40 am. Children six years and younger (Mrs. Guenther’s Class) will still leave during worship service at the normal time. Adult educational opportunities will happen at 9:00 am in the Gallery with various leaders, and in the Cuyahoga Room with Rev. Bates. Please spread the word and plan to join us; the coffee will be on in the Lobby! Here is a list of upcoming opportunities:
